FCM was founded in Frankfurt in 2017 and is now one of the leading players in construction management across Germany. With a total of three locations, a team of 80 employees, and an integrated network of over 150 experts at all project levels. From general contractor specialists to individual trades, we cover all aspects. As experts, we understand that every large-scale project is unique, and we fully identify with each one. The more complex a project, the more finesse its implementation requires. This is why our work is never the same – making the customised execution of large construction projects possible.

Partnership, connectivity, and working side by side: The story of FCM begins with the shared vision of the three founders, Thomas Scheu, Ingo Adler, and Ole Schreier. They sought to rethink large construction sites and offer a compact and integrated construction management service for this very purpose. The trio brought this vision to life with the construction of the Omniturm. With the addition of Stefan Engel, FCM expanded its management team and formed a union of three entities with complementary expertise: Adler Schreier, Thomas Scheu Projektmanagement, and Scheu und Engel GmbH. A powerful team that interacts seamlessly and makes holistic project execution possible.
